About Me
My first experience with media and journalism began in the control room of broadcasts at Principia Upper School, where I ran the media switcher. I loved the fast-paced live environment and developing a mastery of the tool I was working with.
Now, I'm a senior at Principia College, majoring in digital media and journalism, as well as computer science. During the summer of 2024, I joined a Principia study abroad program in New Zealand. While there, I got to do lots of camera work and started to appreciate the art of interviewing and the ways that multimedia reporting can spread the unique and important perspectives people have.
I've continued to hone my multimedia skills as a producer and director for Principia College TV, and as a reporter for the Pilot, Principia College's student newspaper. When I'm not writing scripts or editing videos you can find me running cross country or kayaking the Arkansas River.
